How to generate a compliance report on insAIght

In insAIght, we allow you to generate quick and detailed reports of your compliance posture for various standards, frameworks and regulations. In this article, we will show you to perform such a report.

The following video shows how this can be done. For more details, read the step-by-step description below.

Generating a compliance report

1. Navigate to the Compliance tab on the left-hand side. Here, you'll see an overview of your compliance posture, including all adopted frameworks, the average coverage (percentage of framework requirements adddressed by your controls) and compliance gaps (requirements not yet covered).
2. To select a framework, scroll down and click on the framework for which you want to generate a report. A detailed view will open, showing: coverage percentage (how much of the requirements are currently met), average maturity level of the controls, number of gaps identified and number of controls assessed for its maturity.
3. To generate the report, click on the three dots in the top-right corner and select "generate report". This will take you to the detailed report page.
4. At the top of the report, page, you can tailor the content by selecting which sections to include from Company Profile, Owners, Control Status, Maturity Definitions, Excluded Requirements. By default, all options are enabled. For external stakeholders, we recommend excluding the "Owners" section to provide an anonymized version that protects your employees' personal data.
5. Click the "print / save as PDF" button.

You have now successfully performed a compliance report!
